Champion High School's 2026

MUSICAL THEATRE CAMP

Camp Description:

Join us for a fun and creative two-week Summer Musical Theatre Camp where students experience the excitement of bringing a show to life! Campers will learn the fundamentals of musical theatre through singing, dancing, acting, and ensemble teamwork while also enjoying engaging crafts, theatre games, and confidence-building activities.

Designed for rising 1st–12th graders of all experience levels, this camp welcomes both beginners and seasoned performers. Throughout the session, participants will rehearse songs and choreography, explore character development, and learn what it takes to produce a musical from rehearsal to performance.

Champion High School theatre students are the camp counselors and Israel Aviles, the Department Director runs the camp. This is a fantastic opportunity to expose your student to the theatre world.

The camp culminates in two live performances for family and friends, giving every camper the opportunity to shine on stage and celebrate their hard work in a supportive and joyful environment.

No previous theatre experience required — just bring your energy, creativity, and love of fun!
